The mind behind Asset by Israel.

Years ago, I began real estate sales. Today I manage over ₦600M+ in clients' land portfolios. I lead technical sales at one of Nigeria's most reputable real estate companies.

Questions, answered.

Is every land you recommend verified?
Yes. I only work with plots that have a verifiable title (C of O, Gazette, or Governor's Consent), and I run every document through legal and registry checks before it reaches you. If a title doesn't pass, I don't present it. Full stop.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Most land acquisitions can be spread over a 3 to 6 month payment plan depending on the estate and location. For construction projects, timelines can stretch to 12 months. When we speak, I'll map out a schedule that works with your cash flow.
Can I inspect the land before buying?
Absolutely. In-person inspections run every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. If you're outside Nigeria, I offer virtual inspections, walking the plot on video, sharing live GPS coordinates, and sending a full visual dossier of the property and its surroundings. You make an informed decision without having to fly in first.
What if I'm buying from abroad?
About a third of my clients are diaspora. We handle everything remotely: video inspections, live virtual site walks, digital agreements, and milestone-based payment tracking. You don't need to fly in.
What budget do I need to get started?
Entry points vary widely across projects. Some opportunities start as low as ₦500K, with options at ₦1M, ₦2M, and upward depending on the location, title type, and estate.
