The mind behind Asset by Israel.

Years ago, I began real estate sales. Today I manage over ₦600M+ in clients' land portfolios. I lead technical sales at one of Nigeria's most reputable real estate companies.

Is every land you recommend verified?
Yes. I only work with plots that have a verifiable title (C of O, Gazette, or Governor's Consent) and I run every document through legal and registry checks before it reaches you. If a title doesn't pass, I don't present it. Full stop.
Can I pay in installments?
Most plots support 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 month plans depending on the estate. I'll match a payment structure to your cash flow during our first call.
Can I inspect the land before buying?
Absolutely encouraged. We run guided convoy inspections weekly from Lagos. If you're out of the country, I'll walk the plot on video with GPS coordinates, boundary beacons, and a written report delivered within 48 hours.
Do you handle documentation end to end?
Yes. From Deed of Assignment and receipt issuance to survey plan preparation and Governor's Consent processing. You get a single point of contact (me) and a complete documentation folder at handover.
What if I'm buying from abroad?
About a third of my book is diaspora. We handle everything remotely. Video inspections, live virtual site walks, DocuSign-based agreements, and escrow-style payment milestones. You don't need to fly in.
What is the minimum entry ticket?
Entry-level plots in my current inventory start around ₦3.8M (Epe) on installment. Premium corridor plots start around ₦18M (Ibeju Lekki) and go up to ₦50M+ for FTZ.
